Our N55 “GC” upgrade consists of 100% new castings for the entire unit. The turbine housing and manifold have been cast in two pieces with all the factory flow restrictions removed. This allows our upgraded to support a whopping 600WHP. The highest for any drop in N55 upgrade.

Our N55 “GC” upgrade consists of 100% new castings for the entire unit. The turbine housing and manifold have been cast in two pieces with all the factory flow restrictions removed. This allows our upgraded to support a whopping 600WHP. The highest for any drop in N55 upgrade. A Dual Ball bearing center section is used, coupled with VTT custom reverse wheels. The compressor is a full billet 10 blade GTX Gen 2 wheel, and the turbine is a Garrett style 10 blade design, these are the same turbine wheels you would find in the Garrett GT line up but made in reverse rotation. DBB “GC” upgrade also has the option to include a Turbosmart N55 TurboSmart KOMPACT EM DV to replace the stock plastic DV parts which are prone to cracking and leaking. This upgrade will support Stock levels-600WHP with quick spool and plenty of flow to redline. Turbo upgrade includes everything needed to install turbocharger including all water, and oil lines, and o-rings.
